The Eye...

It has seen things it should not have seen.

It has been bound to a man who spent $20 to force it to follow him around.

The Eye thought nothing of the man other than a dumb mortal fool who will die within 12 feet of leaving town.

The Eye was wrong.

This was no ordinary man...

He could swap between places, weapons and skills with so much as a breath.

He travelled across two neighboring countries, with the various war crimes committed leaving a scar upon the many places he visited.

The Eye witnessed the man kill armies by so much as staring at them.

The man would summon a box in front of him, mesmerizing the eye with the various items that came out of the box like a child staring at a roulette wheel.

The man would sometimes stare blankly at the Eye, staring into its soul as it stared back at him.

This man was as fearless as fearful.

The Eye remained with the man for so long that it forgot about the concept of time.

The feelings of things like love and joy could never be experienced by the eye again.

It only knew of pain, agony and sorrow.

Nothing could compare to the greatest horror the Eye could possibly witness.

The man brought it to the Eldritch Outlook.

Reaching the end of the great dungeon, the eye was faced with an identity crisis as it saw the last challenge.

In the far end of the room, was another Eye. One much bigger than it made out of blocks.

The man began attacking the monster, which caused the broken vessel of a being of chaos to attack it as well.

The Eye finally found some form of hope when a single message popped up in chat.

The Wretches are advancing from the back of the room! Kill it!

The man promptly stopped fighting the eye and willed the Deathknell Wretch out of existence with a single touch.

The Eye fell into endless despair upon seeing this, unable to recover from the events that had escalated in that room.

The man and Eye were suddenly teleported out of the dungeon and into the main lobby.

The man began crouching repeatedly as the soulless husk watched him...
