Account transfer

I played on the server with a friend account that he lend to me, I just bought a MC account since a few months for myself and I want to know if I can transfer my stuff on my friend account to my personnal account ?

 

You can get any ranks/store-bought items transferred if you have proof of purchase and your friend agrees to it, and you can just trade over any tradable items you had, but we can't forcibly swap stuff over if your friend is the only one with access to the account now (or if it's untradable).
