Archer/Hunter Help lvl95 gales force spellspam build

hello, i am a lvl90 archer and wanted to have a build for lvl95 that i could do late game content with (cur, li, etc.) i would like to use gales force as i have heard it is a good bow and can deal a lot of damage.

if you can please make the build with the following requirements

-around 10-13k hp (and like 30k ehp)

-does around 30k dps

-has decent mana regen (like 7/5+ or smth)

-no mythics PLEASE i cannot afford

-has low costs (like 2 or 1 for mana costs)


if you have another build with a diff bow that would be stronger without sacrificing anything major i am fine with that. ty in advance

 

Gales force is good for walkspeed, but for dmg olily is best (cluster good too tho)
Also keep in mind 15k ehp is very low and will have you die very easily

I don’t have any builds for 95, but an endgame build that can do all content is one of these

so gales force isnt a good damage bow?


btw i would prefer not to do the runs to get olily but if i have to i will, do you know any bows that are similar in damage but take less of a grind

I mean it’s only 3 runs it’s not that bad
Compared to how much better it is than like every other non mythic bow it’s worth it
I mean the next best I’d say is prob cluster, but trust me olily op

sorry i tried but im very new to classbuilding so idk any pieces that could help reduce spell costs
meets all reqs except it has really high spell costs and it'll probably not be able to spellspam at all

honestly it might be best to just run some random build, even something like morph+third eye with torrential tide and level to 100 and then use the olily build someone posted above

 

what would be a good build lvl97-98ish for olily?

 

I’m not a class builder so I got no idea, but i myself would just use morph third eye or smth til 99 when u can use that other build (prowess is the only lvl 100 item so u can just sub that out for morph Amethyst to use at 99, or just wait the extra lvl and get it at 100)

technically this works, has 27k ehp and 27k storms+11k bombs with 9 mr
low ehp but i mean do you really need ehp if you're only doing quests n stuff.
besides low ehp tho, it has pretty bad substain, but i mean potions exist for a reason...

it's technically better than whatever third eye+morph+random lvl 90+ weapon does, excecpt in terms of substain, but this build really isn't necessary because of how fast you can level up from 90-100, where you can get a much better build(*cough* like that olily build from above *cough*)

you don't need to worry about a build rn unless you wanna solo/do eo/raids/li, in which case random stuff probably won't not cut it, at least without large quantities of potions

 

ill try using my torr tide build untill lvl99-100ish and then swap to an olily build as it seems you need to be in the later 90s to use it effectively

and im only lvl91 rn

can be used at lvl99, has kinda low dmg but i find it compensates with jh, ws and 150 agi
you can assign 129 intel if you want too, depends on how good you cicle spells
