Warrior/Knight Help Apocalypse Build

Looking for optimization for my build.

I'm looking for:
no negative hp regen without apoc in hand
effective health ~130-150k
kinda self sustain-able with ls

I'm kinda a noob when it comes to builds :) only playing since 2 weeks

use kindled orchid, and second wind, use any hpr necklace

 

second wind is already being used, and if you put kindled orchid, there wont be any necklace that would fix the hpr
