    I've come to realize Wynncraft somehow made a holy duo instead of a holy Trinity.
    Support and tank are the same in Wynn, and I'm kinda curious how people think this affects the game.

    Welp at least in my case it feels like going anything but Tank and making up for damage feels inferior to going Damage unless I were archer or assassin (which can actually either zone in and out and live). Mage will not do that much damage since its mage, Warrior might get smoked at melee with the same eHP and survivability that would let ranged live, and Shaman is basically dead the second CC-Resistant mobs just come up and attack the Shaman

    I Think its cause there isnt a lot of taunt type spells, only really warrior with a major ID

    would be cool if enemies targeted players who deal the least damage. they currently behave the opposite way, which necessitates taunt-like mechanics in the first place.

    I've been thinking of a system where certain spells are loud, and attract the attention of enemies more than other attacks. These would be probably heal and warscream. Taunt would make warscream even more effective. This makes the people who are more likely to be able to tank damage take more damage.

    Idk if I like this one tbh, but its an interesting idea.

    This one's a really cool idea, that simply doesn't work. The truth is, some people do even less damage, support builds and lower level players.

    In things like Groot slaying, or even NoL if you manage to run it with a level 80, this just kinda messes that up.

    As for support builds, King of hearts exist, and keep in mind, that even though it does no damage, powder speicals are currently one of the only ways to support other players.

    This is 100% not the only reason, though I do agree with you that we need a tuant system.

    A list of reasons support and tank builds are currently the same:
    1. Healing to others scales with the hp of the person doing the healing.
    2. The fire powder special is one of the only ways to support other players.
    3. Most support weapons are locked behind defense as a secondary element
    4. We lack a seperate healing incoming and healing out going id. Having better healing for others, also means having better healing for yourself.

    Is there a plan to change borange fluff? Since there aren't any ingrediants that work well the 12% Ingrediant Effectiveness maybe just buff it's Effectiveness Touching by 1% so the Ingrediant is good again or add another ingrediant that works well with it.

    • Hadal int req reduction kinda wack tbh feels like it loses its cool aspect
    • finally the -5% spell on Gaia is gone lol
    • deserved Cata nerf sure, but imo would have been cooler to just -1 1st cost, it's less interesting to build with this way
    • Divzer buff (we live in a society)
    • thank you for nerfing the pointlessly high hpr on Resu
    • Guardian nerf lol
    • damn moontower nerf kinda hurts (you can call it a "change", neutral, but I'd argue it's basically a nerf)
    • strati gets buffed from useless to useless
    • Galleon changes kinda meme tbh
    • sprinter and sprint belt getting sprint pogging
    • so RotS loses its... Int req... okay (doesn't really change the fact that it obligates ETWF on all spell warrior)
    • pog abrasion losing pointless agi req (it's still weak because of accessories+sex changes but w/e, could be worse for sure - it at least now has a cool and coherent design)
    • meter cost on luto huh (not that it matters because of baselines but interesting)
    • multihit cost on flameshot hilt okay (i.e. no-int spell push)

    i like fire mythics and co losing a lot of their stupidly high sustain as it could be an indicator of future changes to come revolving around the decline of hyper-defensive builds (including potential defense and agility nerfs?) leading to overall more coherent mob/boss balancing (raids, most notably being the largest offender)

    Why increase the Defense requirement of RotS to absurdly high.
