    they may be a little outdated but most of the info is accurate, but i'm pretty sure ive heard plans of them being updated

    Rule 1 in the GM document:
    "1. Do not leak any informations or images of the unpublished work on the build server. This includes new areas, builds, items, quests, mobs, etc. Including this document."

    Maybe remove "including this document" since it is public now?

    I already apply for the build team however I haven't received any response from the moderator for about a week now. Should I reapply or message the moderator instead. If I need to message the moderator, how do I do it?

    Moderator applications don't give a reply if unsuccessful, whereas CT (Builder, in your case) will always. I think the general rule is to wait 3 months between applications, best of luck with all of yours!

    Apparently there's some issue that is causing submissions to not submit successfully right now, so you might not get a message saying you successfully submitted. If you didn't get that message, the submission didn't submit correctly. Hopefully there'll be a fix for this sometime soon, so that people can apply again.
