What is wynncraft run on?

I was just wondering if wynncraft was run on bukkit, spigot, or paper or whatever.
And if whatever wynn is running is not available to the public, what should i use to run a server?

 

I don’t remember what exactly, but if you set your mc version to one too early for Wynn (1.8 and below I believe), I think it shows this

 

it runs on minecraft.

it actually sends conflicting information to the client. in the server list it tells the client it's a forge server, however when requesting the server brand properly it says it's spigot
my guess is it's a modified version of bugeecord

 

Wynn is run on custom plugins developed inhouse by the devs. It's not available for the public unfortunately.
