Comments: Decided to adjust my Olily rainbow build for freedom and it's actually kinda nice. Curse option boosts spells to 65k storm and 27k bombs.

 

mmm I don't really think this is good, 1 spell per second for sustain with mana regen is not enough
I'd say using third eye is better in this case, 1.8 spells per second, 16k dps bomb -> 25.8k dps bomb

Comments: This build isn't amazing but I wanted to present a viable option for people who couldn't afford a resurgence.

 

just a suggestion, but maybe add dates/patches for when a build was made. not really a problem now but depending on how long the thread sticks around it may be nice to keep in mind if a build might be outdated, and otherwise having dates for when builds were made might be cool if someone wants to do some kind of analysis or something

 

So far the way it works has been that every time there's a major update a new thread gets made because item patches are usually done in very large chunks. That reason is why I waited until after 1.20.3 to post this
