Winner Gets An Organic Of Their Choice

Hello!
First I'll introduce myself. I'm Strangers, a builder who has been specialized in making organics (living creatures) for quite a long time. Lately I've lost motivation to build them and I'd like to see what ideas the community comes up with!

To enter, all you need to do is introduce yourself briefly and explain what you would want me to make with a reference image.

I will choose the winner based on who I think has the most interesting prompt, so don't be afraid to get creative!

I cannot truly believe these are actually minecraft builds.
Anyway, here is my submission: Thunderbird. It is seen in the Fantastic Beasts movies, and I think it would really look cool if you build it.

My lord, that looks so unreal and mythical looking, I cant believe that's Minecraft! This is the greatest Minecraft art I've ever seen, hands down, simply immaculate. :D

So, idk if this technically counts as organic, but I guess it's technically looks organic-like. I submit, Shub-Niggurath, Lovecraftian Outer God with the alias, "The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young". There's many depictions of this, but this first Google search looks neat, with the creation of eldritch offspring generated within the woods. However, the goat aspects is a bit hard to see. To quote the wiki, Shub-Nigguarth is
"An enormous mass which extrudes black tentacles, slime-dripping mouths, and short, writhing goat legs. Small creatures are continually spat forth by the monstrosity, which are either consumed into the miasmatic form or escape to some monstrous life elsewhere."
Basically, pain and suffering for whoever (aka you) would try to replicate such twisted shapes :3
