I cant get into Rymek even at level 35

I cant get into Rymek even at level 35 is anyone else having this problem I'm trying to do a quest but it says
that im not ready for this region yet

Chances are that you're using a movement spell or something to access the central-upper parts of the mesa: those areas are questlocked until you're a certain ways through the Canyon Condor quest. Everywhere else in the mesa, Rymek included, can be visited at any level, but you'll need to take a route through the lower mesa region to get there.
