I recommend combining the Pain Swords, to make them absolutely overpowered xD

But, I wanted to ask about that actually. Does the decrease in Max Health affect me, or the boss?? I know it probably sounds dumb, but I ask because plenty of games have weapons that may have a negative side effect in using them.
