Is the Bonfire event going to be annual?

I highly doubt anyone knows for sure, I even kind of doubt the content team knows. But do we have any idea If this event will be every year? Personally i hope it's not, because everybody might be going crazy over these "limited time" cosmetics when we can just get them again next year.

The only reason why I'm asking this is because the Bonfire emblems you can get say "you participated in the 2021 Bonfire event" or something very similar. The "2021" makes me think they might do this again next year.

 

Honestly, you're probably just overthinking it. It's more of a "badge"/reminder/token thing, hence why they put the year. It's supposed to be a little item to remind you that this happened when you look back at it in the future. Not because they plan on doing it again next year. Even if they, high chance that the cosmetic pool will be completely different.

 

With that last part, I didn't think of that at all. I couldn't care less if they do make it annual if the cosmetic pool is different every time.

 

Yeah exactly. It doesn't make sense to just have the same pool, especially if they have an entire year to make more cosmetics. I do think there's a good chance they'll keep some of the cosmetics (if they do make it annual) to give players another chance to get them, but most of them will probably be new.

 

Sorry for bothering you with a question about the bonfire event. What weapons can we obtain and how can we obtain them?

 

Do daily objectives. When you do them, a message will pop up. Click that and bop. Bonfire stuff!!!

 

U cannot obtain weapons from them, the crates are purely cosmetic
They give things like weapon skins, pets, hats, and more

 

We can have the same event next year but with different cosmetics tho, the limited aspect of it isnt going to change, but imo, having an "event" with just 27 crates of cosmetics is a little boring and needs improvement.

 

Wow, the cosmetic item in the bonfire event is really cool.

I'm new, so I'm not here to pass judgement, but it's a little boring for it to be just about cosmetics. I think it'd be great for free emeralds or XP farm quests to make it more entertaining and interesting.

 

I don't think that'll be possible, because the economy will be a mess if that happens. New quests, though, that will be awesome. (like, bonfire related limited quests like craftmas and hallowynn)
