Mage/Dark Wizard high dps monster build

whats the highest damage u can get on a monster build spell or both melee and spell, anyone got a god build?

if you have any tome that gives you at least 1 def, use yang instead of darksteel for more dmg, or finesse, even cancer if you want extra tankiness

Not optimized, but something like this.

You can attempt to stack Courage with Time Rift and overlap Meteors. To get high DPS as a Mage, this is one of the best ways. But it is still a mage; it will never reach the DPS Archers, Warriors or Assassins can reach, both spell or melee.

seems pretty good with all the 1 mana spell costs and good mana regen

A Meteor hitting 15k does not equal 15k DPS. An 11k Meteor Time Rift build has a much higher actual DPS than you'd suspect. It has to do with the fact that Time Rift Meteor burning ground ticks for extra damage and it doesn't remove existing Meteor spells.

Time Rift can also stack Courage an extra time on you, but Time Rift can feel gimicky.

If you prefer 1 hard hit and dislike Time Rift, I'd not pick a Time Rift build.

If you want a showcase about what a Time Rift Mage can achieve in terms of DPS, I'd be happy to showcase it :)
