Opened a bonfire crate and got absolutely nothing.

So I just opened my free bonfire crate and got totally scammed. what would have been a pet is now nothing but air. After the game said that I had obtained something, I went to check it out and to my surprise, I was actually given nothing. So um, what do I do now?

 

Idk that’s weird, ig the wybel just ran away

 

It's not in your /pets menu?

 

No it's not there. The only pets in there are the ones I already had.

I even checked the other cosmetic stuff just in case I got something else and there was also nothing.

 

The only thing I can think of is emailing [email protected] and see if they can help, sorry

If there is a nametag in /pets, that's your pet. You just have to redeem the token.

 

He didn’t find any tokens in the pets menu, it was just the normal wybels/chicken he had before
