Some helpful basic tips before the professionals come in

Lunar Spine is an incredibly specific playstyle to work with, and isn't really something to first make a build with.
Secondly, I'm not sure what the Jester Set is there for, other than maybe xp bonus, but I don't really see its use
Also, your choice of powders seems a little odd. Almost always, you want to use 2 t6 water powders if you can to get the Curse special, and then from there simply use the powders that give the best bonus to damage(in this case, w6w6a6a6 is ideal).

Finally, if this is something you're going to use, then @starx280 is the man to talk to for godly lunar spine builds.

Ok, a lot of things to comment on. Be aware that I am not a professional builder. First off third eye and photon are essentially dead items, the -mana regen is so massive that they both do absolutely nothing. Jester set is also terrible and has no use but maybe nullifying some of the -lifesteal all though there are much better options than that. Also using chain lighting is actually detrimental to you because the -lifesteal procs more than once. As Skylaar said use curse. (w6w6a6a6) Also use Time Rift it’s so op with Lunar Spine. Instead of trying to nullify the mana regen embrace it and stack -manaregen high spell damage items, as past -20 the mana regen does nothing.

 

Ill use trift when I'm lvl 95 (Im lvl 92 '-')
