with nephilim you will have better ele defs and wont have -1mr

Second Wind and Bygones have some bad synergy here because of their negative life steals. The ele defs are a little stinky too.

I was referring to sustain not EHP.

TFA tierstack assassin build items are very easy to predict (TFA tierstack in general for that matter) and 90% of said players use Flameshot Hilt or Bygones but I shall do as you ask.
