Any Class Help I Need Builds

Hey, guys just came back from a 1-year break and the game changed a lot. I'm looking for the best or meta builds for all the classes I don't really have a play style but i don't like builds that drain your hp.

Helm can be switched to cancer for 70k ehp but 8.5k bombs roughly

 

Do you have any restrictions like no mythics or somthing like that?
