Whats the recommended spell Cycle for Spell Focused Assassins?

    I've been using
    Vanish-Multi hit-Spin Attack-SpinAttack for bosses
w/ vanish- Spin Attack spam for mobs

but I've heard you should incorporate smoke bombs or is this a Cherry Bomb only kinda thing?

    Thank you for the help

I alternate Spin, Smoke Bomb, and Vanish for melee bosses
For ranged boss I'd Vanish in, Multihit, Spin just as the mob rises into the air, throw a smoke bomb, them retreat

you should add some smoke bombs in. It's pretty much extra damage over a long time.

Assassin spell cycle is a pretty ambiguous thing with a lot of different ways you can go about it. I personally vanish smoke melee spin multi vanish melee spin multi spin repeat for bosses with my end game build. Of course it will change if something is doing too much damage (using vanish, spin, and smoke more perhaps) or if doesn't have knockback immunity (using less multi). Really, finding your own way to murder everything at maximum speed is the best way to go about it. That being said smoke bomb is pretty much just free damage and not using it isn't the play.

Yeah, endgame they give lots of bosses slowness immunity, knockback immunity, and/or blindness immunity so u can’t just perma stun them or anything
Tho they don’t always take 0 knockback, sometimes they take half the normal knockback or smth

Most enemies don't have straight up immunity to most effects. Blind immunity is fairly common but generally something has CCR (crowd control resistance). Meaning that after you do an effect to them, it takes a certain amount of time for them to be able to be effected by it again. These are indicated by the icons at the far left of an enemies health bar. Green means they can be hit by that effect, yellow means that you have to wait before you can, and red means they are always immune to it. Also the eye is blind, the gust of wind looking thing is knockback, and the hourglass is slow.
