Assassin/Ninja Melee Dps Build Vs Tstack Build?

This is a melee DPS build I'm currently using

What can I improve on this build or Tstack is better than this?
No mythics is preferred

 

Looks like a good build other then that the damages is a bit bad. And yes tierstack is better

 

Can you give me a Tstack build then? Again no mythic is prefered and I want to use it for wars/raids, thanks!

Ele defs aren't awful in this build.

I HAVE BEEN SUMMONED
Thats my fav build, i know the dmg is low but i having a reve gets it up to 18k dps, and greed is super good for sustain, not forgeting that nice ws too. You can even build it to get hpr.
But as far as tierstack goes, its overall better. Only loses in life sustain and if you get a mob with high fire defence you will deal lower dmg.
