    Actually it might be a bit harder, I know the primary singu build is tierstack with crafted rings that reqire 78 sp in each skill which will be much more difficult to obtain with the +SP nerfs. In all fairness I feel most mythic wands are quite underwhelming, plus you can always go the crafted route

    tierstack* and it's still possible but requires sp tome(s)
    theres also rings that have 73 rainbow reqs but they have significantly less dura
