    Earlier I got a Jester Ring with a strange XP bonus. Wiki says that XP bonus can be only in range [-16%; -32%].
    This is my ring. How is it possible?

    Never trust the Wiki when it comes to item information. For the most part, items on the Wiki have a tendency of being outdated.

    the wiki is not the issue here, actually

    what happened to the jester set items is that the xp bonus/loot bonus went from positive to negative, but since it's the same id, any old jester items kept their internal rolls for those stats. however, the normal ranges on internal rolls of positive and negative ids is different: .3 to 1.3 for positive and .7 to 1.3 for negative. so, if you had an old jester ring with an internal roll less than .7 on xp or loot bonus, it will now have an 'invalid' roll on that stat
