Any Class Help Pandemonium + Time Rift

I am looking for a build that uses both pandemonium and time rift to solo everything with post 1.20.3

Becuase it will be funny


Preferably with total cost at less than three stacks of le, although if there are more expensive options I'll consider them too

No crafted items

I currently use mage so ideally that, but whichever class is best for throwing random spells is fine I can grind

 

What class?
pre or post .3?
Crafteds?
Mana steal or regen

 

Don't mind, would prefer shaman or mage

preferably regen? Not too sure

 

.3 isn’t the latest update, it’s not out yet. It’s only out in hero beta.
If u want current that’s .2 but in .3 lots of rainbow items are being nerfed, so some builds will change

 

post .3 is probably better then, as it'll update by the time I find all the items

all these builds have a bit bad mana btw

you could allso use mythic weapons but i dont know how expesive the different ones are so i didnt add them

oh the mythics are expensive now sheesh ok yeah these are the builds, no affordable mythics are good here
