Assassin/Ninja Lvl 95-100 Non-ability Spam Build

Hi, so I have been playing a little bit with a friend and my build is less than useable if I want to be able to contribute anything other than just speed tanking, I find that ability spam isn't something I am interested in, so are there any main attack builds that would be good for that level range?

its a tierstack build and its kinda tanky and deals ok dps
180k ehp, 25k dps

thanks, there's a good chance I'll end up using it, I like how it looks with the fast atk speed
