Archer/Hunter Help Endgame Level 97-100 Hp Regen Build

Looking for a high effective Health regen and high effective hp (70k+ hp) build

That certainly is a build... and what I wanted... perhaps I should've included some damage as a desire
Damage ironically as an archer wasn't in my design. I just wanted something I could have reasonable tank while also having self sustain. The low dps was just a side effect of my poor build making skills

With a build that wants both good tank and good dps you are better off looking for a mythic build...
tho there's decent dps option with decent tank
