Is There Defense Cap For Warrior?

Hey guys I’m building a defense/fire build for warrior, and I’m wondering if there is a damage reduction limit. When combining the warriors 120% defense, the defense skill points, and his war scream defense boost, it seems like the damage reduction would pass 100%, so I assume there is a cap, so I want to hit the cap without wasting skill points on excess defense that won’t do anything…

 

It’s not additive. Whatever innate defence your class has is applied on the remaining damage you take after the defence skill points are applied (or vince-versa, same difference). Defence will keep on reducing damage up until 150 skill points, but you will never hit 100% danage reduction. So basically, keep putting skill points into defence.

 

This actually was an issue a while back, but they changed it to no longer work that way. It now is multiplicative.
