Can't Claim The Monthly Crate And Chicken Pet

So I decided to play Wynncraft for the first time today, and while waiting for my Minecraft to be launched and ready to play (also before my first login on Wynncraft), I went to the Wynncraft store and checked what are purchasable for real money. Then I found that there's a free monthly crate and free chicken pet, and I claimed them. When I logged into Wynncraft, I can't find the crate and chicken pet, so I went back to the Wynncraft store and found that I can no longer claim them. I think probably it's because I claimed them before joining Wynncraft for the first time. What should I do to get these rewards?

 

Try checking /pets and /crates, and if you still don't see it then maybe try claiming it again.

 

I tried again, I can't claim it, and I don't have any pet and crate

 

I have same issue with the chicken. I bought VIP and free chicken at same time. I got my VIP but chicken isnt there when i do /pets and I cant claim it again
