May be a dumb question, but what’s rslap olily? I know olily is orange lily, but what’s the rslap mean?

 

rslap = rainbow slap, i.e. spamming rainbow items that have a lot skill points

It has more EHP than the defensive version (granted only total, no agility ehp is 4k less), still more damage, and enough mana sustain. The only thing that's worse than the Infused Hive is the fact that it doesn't get reliable access to Arrow Shield. I would also argue that since it gets more of it's EHP from raw health that it benefits more from defensive upgrades in raid rooms such as Monk I or Cherubim III. It's also somewhat likely that you'll get one or more buffs with some kind of bonus to sustain (at least in orphion) which can somewhat make up for the mana being low. Water Hive Bow is at best a sidegrade to specifically rslap Orange Lily.

you need to shoot 8 arrows with slow to get curse, and you need to shoot 3 with super slow
with the 5 action difference required within 9 seconds to maintain curse "permanently", you'll be losing dps at that point even if your funny bomb number is higher on wynnbuilder
concentration also has 100% effectiveness on hive bow and only at most 60% effectiveness on orange lily, giving hive bow an innate 80% more elemental dmg, which we can lower to about 50% effective elem dmg cuz conc takes time to charge up

Anyway I could understand your point about attack speed if not for the fact archer is easy to keep up main attacks with because of hold buffer, as well as the fact that because it's slow attack speed you actually can use curse faster than super slow if you hit all of your shots (because of the extra time it takes for melee to reset), because of this slow attack speed is another debatable part of this build. Not saying it's better but just that it's an option. Though, it's worth noting that with the targets being stationary in TCC and the abundance of enemies in NoL that hitting stuff isn't the hardest to do.

One more thing, it's ridiculous of you to disregard Sprong because you think it's cringe, I think Infused Hive anything is cringe but I'm not letting that influence my thinking. It's a side-grade at best to rslap olily.

I made the stupidest mistake, i thought max conc was 200%, so I agree with you in conc not being as much as I initially said. other hand, i still hold true to the ss vs s argument. just the worry of having the crosshair on an enemy for an entire 6 seconds to hit all 8 shots to charge curse is counterproductive for dps imo

I thought conc was 200 and not 150, my brain just assumed 200 cuz it didnt make sense for max to be 37.5 when it charges by increments of 1
