for the old man? Who's that? As for the coords of the chest I don't remember, sorry. The best I can say is I found it at the top of a corrupted tower...
if you really want to find it you can see the coords of the time troubles at the side, maybe you could triangulate where i am from them... just a thought

Tier 4 Loot Chests are sorta rare, but really, if you have a map or something it's not a big deal.
