Chicken Pet Not Working

So I go to the store, click pets, click chicken, and click checkout! But like it doesn't check me out like I get a redirect for 0.00001 seconds and then its back to the old page. Nothing happens and nothing changes! Is the pet like an addon for free? Thanks

 

Click with your compass in game, go to your cosmetics and items, go to pets and see if it's there. If it's there, good. If it's not, email [email protected].
