    Hi, I'm new to this game and I bought a weapon called Cold Integrity, why does it have water damage substat on it? Is it bugged?

    No, it's not bugged. Cold Integrity provides +22-94% water damage, even though it doesn't have a raw water damage stat of its own.

    It's likely because water damage% increases spell based healing, like the totem spell. At 100% water damage (the hard cap for this effect) you get 50% more health per heal tick.

    quick note that 100% is only the cap for reduction (-100% = -50% healing effectiveness)
    for increasing heal values, the cap is at 150%, for 75% increased heals
