Why Is This Loot Chest So Good!?

Never seen a chest like this... To be fair I did start playing like a few days ago, but still WOW




I know it's probably nothing special, you're used to finding fableds all the time, but for me this was cool

 

Loot chest loot is affected by four factors, how long the chest has been unopened (starting from when the world started), what tier chest it is, the higher the tier the faster it fills, how much loot bonus you have, and how much loot quality you have.
You appear to be relatively low level, so I'd guess you were on server that was up for a few hours and opened a chest that hadn't been opened by anyone else in a while.

 

I'm wearing adventurer armour which gives me 30% loot bonus, how much would that affect it?

 

it would effect it by 30%

 

so does that mean i have 30% more loot?

 

whatever would be there originally without loot bonus, adds and extra 30% of it i think

 

Technically I believe the actual value for loot chests would be 29% according to the formula

That is pretty much how it works yes. You'd see it most with emeralds, but since you can only open a certain chest once, there's no way to accurately check exactly how it works
