Envoy Ii Bugged

I cant finish Envoy II because maxie is bugged. I submitted a bug report a few weeks ago, and still I cant finish the quest. Is there anyway to reset the quest to the beginning? He is spawning in the bottom of his house instead of upstairs once i return with the key.

This is preventing me from entering the factory which is somewhat annoying.

 

There is no way to currently reset quests, but something you can try is to redo the quest steps up to that point. It can sometimes fix a quest bugging out.
