I Am From Hypixel Skyblock And Am Confused

how do dungeons work, im like combat lvl 20 and have just been doing quests, also how tf do you craft things

 

To do dungeons, you have to do the quest that unlocks them (except for corrupted dungeons, which are higher level), and then get a dungeon key to go inside. You can bring multiple people in with a single key, if you want to run it with your friends. There's multiple rooms, where you do tasks, and at the end you fight a boss. More information is here.

Crafting is basically optional, and its a very large grind, so I'd recommend you focus on doing quests for now. If you want to try it out, you need to gather materials, using tools, and then use them with ingredients at crafting stations. I don't know much about crafting, but you can look here for some more info.

 

One way of getting a key is to complete the dungeon quests upon completion. You can also gain dungeon keys from killing key guardians that wander around the overworld. Alternatively, you can purchase a key off the Trade Market located in most of the major cities in the overworld or you can gain free access if another player drops a dungeon bomb allowing for 15mins of free access to all dungeons.

 

You do the dungeon quest at the entrance of the dungeons, then find a key, either through doing said quest or killing a key guardian that spawns randomly somewhere in the world (in areas with the level range of the dungeon obviously) and then you give the key to the key master, then you go in, die, get another key, go in, figure things out, get xp, emeralds, realize one dungeon voucher isn't good enough so you run the dungeon again and now congratulations, you have a new shiny weapon you bought from a shady merchant for a piece of the boss's everything.

 

Basically, each normal dungeon has a quest that unlocks it, then you need a key that you can get from key guardians to go into the dungeon

As you are lvl 20, you should have access to the decrepit sewers and infested pit. You can use the wynncraft map to find out where they are, or simply go to the areas of the responding quests.
