Edit: maybe try Staccato as Necklace instead, that could work if you wanted a bit more damage in exchange for -1 mr.

Well... I forgot a crucial part of my build.... I dislike builds which dont centre around air/thunder, ( I just reject builds that arent thunder air lmao its just preference).... so could you maybe update the build?

Someone improve this rage build? Mainly want more damage and 30k ehp

 

Class: Assasin, lvl 70
Playstyle: Spellspam, mainly multihit/smoke bomb
Restrictions: I only have 3le(sad), so pls low cost, and no Archangel pls.
Elemental: Water, Fire, Air(WFA)
Preferences: Pls I want a fair amount of dmg from the spells, but make sure that I don't suddenly run out of mana during a fight(mana steal/regen). If you can knock off some spell cost, that would be nice, but if not then fine. And finally, at least 4k health.
