Bob's Lost Soul Glitch

While I was doing this mission I was getting the depressing shears. Unknowingly when I got them my inventory was full they were dropped on the ground, Then I returned to The Blacksmith without them. He gave me the same dialogue as before and I go back. Now after I complete the parkour again it's telling me "you've completed this task before" What do I do?

 

You can get more shears by grinding mobs at the wolf cave in nesaak forest (or mobs on the emerald trail, but that's a fair amount slower), or just buy one off the trade market, although they are a bit expensive.
