This is no joke. My peanut sized brain can't comprehend this information.

 

(assuming i understood it correctly), for each second you are near a mob, you gain a +6% air damage buff for 6 seconds, and they can stack infinently.

Assuming that I'm near a mob on second 1, I would get a +6% dmg buff for seconds 2-7 (might be seconds 1-6 idk whatever). If I am also near a mob on second 2, I get an additional +6% damage buff for seconds 3-8, which stacks additively with my first buff, totaling to +12% dmg on seconds 3-7, but not on 2 and 8.

This is how I understood it (I've never used dodge, I may be wrong on all this), and I hope this is clear enough of an explanation.

 

Idk if what you said is correct, but I remember dodge being insanely good at least.
I used to use it on my HP regen hero build "When HP wouldn't tick if you got hit" and for some weird reason my damage never seemed to stop going up as long as I was near a mob.

 

related question: what does "mob" mean in the this context? Only aggressive mobs? Or do passive, neutral, and friendly mobs also apply? Does the boost increase per mob? If you stood near 2 mobs would you get a 12% damage boost ever second? (I don't know I understand dodge either, I was thinking about asking the same question as op)
