How To Return To Quest Location?

I am doing the quest "A Sandy Scandal" and I killed myself during stage 6(I thought I was stuck), and now I cannot go back to where the quest continues at X: -13900, Y: 37, Z: 21019...what should I do??

 

Try going back to the witness report location and you should get tp'd again

 

Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately, I've tried that serval times and it won't work :(.
There is an invisible wall to the rooftop and nothing happen when I walk near it, even when I am carrying the quest item!!

 

try going straight to the wealthy man's residence on the main map (at 962, 75, -1897), for some reason that tp tends to work after the cutscene while the scroll merchant one just doesn't
