    ive lost my potion of obsidian skin in the lava springs quest
    i drank it and jumped in the lava and died and now ive lost it what do i do

    Do /fixquests, talk to Gailard or talk to the potion brewer. If none of those work, submit a bug report.
    Btw, did you jump into the actual lava? Or the borehole? Because you could try simply going back to the borehole and jumping in again.
