Can powder armor for endurance for even more damage. Decent ehp, plenty of life steal, mana on the low end but definitely enough.

this seems impractical if pure regen is also enforced. your best bet then would be to swap to mixed adrenaline. if you still want 29k storms from original request, you can add tenuto and push dex.

if tenuto is too expensive, go atlas + whatever your favorite necklace happens to be. shadow cloud is here to guard against eledefs vs qira but you're fine to pick up mockery or shaggy boots otherwise.

Class: Assassin lvl. 105

Playstyle: Spell or hybrid. Additionally I'd like something that can Solo EO and panic zealot with reasonable skill, and do well in raids.

Restrictions: No mythics except for Cataclysm or Dawnbreak. The build does not have to use these, but it can if that's optimal. Budget is 1stx 25 LE, although I already have many items. LI, Hive, dungeon and quest items are fine. Also no crafted items. Must not heavily rely on tomes.

Preferences: Thunder, Water and Air are the elements I enjoy the most. It doesn't have to be a TWA build, and if including Earth or Fire fits my previous answers better then that's alright as well. I like to have high mobility both in and outside of combat, so mana regen is fairly neccessary.

 

Class: Warrior

Playstyle: Spell or Hybrid

Restrictions: Gotta have collapse so I can achieve peak gaming, no crafted stuff

Preferences: I need something that can turn all the regular end game stuff I would go up against (EO, TCC, etc.) into paste while still being able to live without downing 20 pots.
