How Do I Get New Storage Pages (?)

Came back after some years everything is new and when i open my storage there is a option to expand it, it ask lvl 5 and 11e for the 2nd page , if i click it ask if im sure it will cost X blablabla but when i click Yes nothing happens , doesnt work , i restarted the game even disable/enable the texture pack idk what else

 

Try without mods.

 

Double click the arrow as seen below with the emerald cost and level requirement shown. It'll expand the bank.
