Quest Bug, Help

Can i restart the quest or something, because the NPC of the quest is not there.
So, i was doing the quest "Misadventure on the Sea", and the text of the NPC, while i was watching outside the boat, started glitching it out and it was saying new text, but after i shifted for the next one it got back to the text i alredy read and the game was just teleporting me everywhere and i thinked of typing "/class" to stop the text of the quest, but when i came back i was in a black box, so i used a ragni scroll to get out of there, when i came back to the city of the quest the npc is gone and my objective is to "Meet Honip at [103,37 , -2254]" but he is not there and i cant proced with the quest. (My username in-game is oBorges)

 

Go to the docks in Nemract where you boarded Honip's ship. There should be some green text you can right click to go back to the ship.
