Assassin/Ninja Help Looking For An Assassin Tierstack Build/other Builds Viable Against Orphion And Tcc

Title says most of it, I'm looking for an assassin build capable of surviving in the TCC boss fight/other sections of it along with in Orphion's raid. Just a few things though: I would prefer if the build had no mythics (except for Dbreak) atm cause im very poor at only half a stack of LE, and preferably a build that can also take on the LI. I haven't played assassin for too long (only level 30) but from what I remember assassin has no heal spell, so how would an assassin deal with the negative life steal on the second (i think) build?

 

in raids you have other people with you so shaman/mage can help you
