This is the famous Josh fight with a stupid lil spike thing which i think is used for golf shoes in the middle so It has to be a reference of a Golfing Josh but there is also a spider man suit so I have no idea I shall guess that it's a Golfing Josh plz reply if wrong

EXPLANATION
The first image was a reference to Bloons Tower Defense 6. It was specifically a reference to Jajajosh, an influential btd6 player who is most well known for beating bloody puddles chimps, the hardest mode on the hardest map. He did it using a tower called perma spike, and there's even an achievement dedicated to him.
