Concepts might be a bit bleh but I have tested them out and I think they are balanced, the bow isn't tested as much so it's probably a bit unbalanced, also remember that Aphotic exists if you think the Unforgiving Waves is busted

^ Imbue-lance, 5 powder slots magic spear. MAJOR ID: Imbue: 10% of the spell damage you deal heals you and allies in a 9 block radius (18 or 19 block diameter) for a split even amount of that damage. 10,000 spell damage, you and three allies. 1,000 health is split among the four of you, so you all heal for 250 HP. (Yes, I created this spear with only a pun in mind.)
This wooden lance was consumed by a dragon's fire. When the flames flickered out, this same spear emerged from the surrounding ashes and sparkled like shimmering steel. When used in battle for long periods, the user and the spear heat up and combust.

When adventurers went to see what had happened. Everything under where the cloud was, was black and smoking. There was one thing amidst the scorched, black earth . . . a miniature wooden wheel that sparked with thunder.

^ Charm of Oceans: Spell-spam necklace. Mid-game level. Spell damage, water damage, intel, and mana regen while losing spell steal and some HP.
An ocean mage created this when the oceans were calmed. It emits a soothing, powerful magic aura while also making the user not want to attack with brute physical force, but with magic instead.

^ Draconic: More bad mythic boots!!! Focusing on air and fire. It doesn't have enough negative bonuses and too many positive ones but they're all bad except for maybe the +tier.

^ Flaming Scrap/remnant: almost req-less generic fire ring. Fire defense, defense, HP, fire damage, exploding, sort-of low level, it's a decent ring for that level if you like fire.

^ Intense Catalyst: Yet another bad name, anyway, mythic chest plate that makes you play ETF. -tier and -regen% for more damage.

^ Blinding Flash: mythic helmet
I wanted to make it a sought-after and interesting helmet.
Thunder helmet with some earth.
-tier, -melee damage %, but earth damage, thunder damage, and melee raw.
Oh yeah everything's rollable, even the HP. Think of it like an accuracy reducing Pokémon move or something like Sand Attack (or Flash), by blinding you and now it's all up to chance if you attack, live, or not. Good luck rerolling it. ;)

^ Thousand Wrecks: mythic, fabled, or legendary pants. This is a silly item and one of my first custom Wynncraft items (I've reworked it a lot since I first made it). Same theme as Blinding Light . . . but cooler? They're very different but uhhh they have the same theme. I might give it a major ID, maybe similar to the Panic Zealot's gimmick.
What if one thing went wrong? What if two--three, multiple things went wrong. What if everything that could possibly go wrong . . . went wrong? And what if it all happened in only a few seconds?

You can probably shorten the int to like 15 and set the other sp to like 5, and nuke the mana and a few other things.

I'm thinking something like this for a nerf maybe, if you want to keep the same concept you had while doing it you can probably give nerfs to certain spots (I would nerf the damages and skill points) while keeping a similar concept thats fine

i feel like i definitely messed up some of the id ranges/stats here but hopefully the idea is clear enough

interesting idea, actually, and it is fun to play around with, but the major ID would have to have HUGE restrictions to stop stuff like this if it (or something similar) was actually added at some point
