I have ran li a couple of times and want a peaceful rest build that can do both raids and possibly wars. I found the following build on a raid build thread:

    https://wynnbuilder.github.io/#4_07R0K70u507W0K00OK0TN0OM0A40000211V1D1g00001006CO
    WynnBuilder build:
    > CancerÖˇ
    > Soulflare
    > Adrenaline
    > Capricorn
    > Intensity
    > Diamond Hydro Ring
    > Dragon's Eye Bracelet
    > Diamond Hydro Necklace
    > Peaceful Rest [f6f6f6]

Would this build be able to do wars / tcc or nol?

I've run both TCC and NoL with mage's that have less ehp and had no problem. But considering this build is clearly from the Raid Build Collection thread it's pretty clear that it's worked for plenty of other people as well. Can't vouch for its effectiveness in wars though.

That thread was the one where I got this build, I was wondering if the -thunder defense would hurt a bit (seems really minor).
Another thing I want to ask is if it would be worth it to powder armors for the endurance buff. I believe endurance can get up to 200% extra fire damage but I am not sure if it is effective in raids.

Generally armor powders don't matter too much, if you really want to optimize your damage I suppose it's worth it. Though, since you have so much agility you're unlikely to actually get to the 200% damage bonus ever.
