for your first build
2/2 costs is kinda e and I don't think 11mr is going to solve that
also resurgence is like an extra 3 stx I think onto your gma build I don't like using resu on anything

for your second build
5mr is not enough to sustain 1/1 costs

I think both these builds are trying to bite off more than they can chew.
