This is my current favourite Archer build, it isnt the best all around, or that tanky, its mainly just for fun.

The gear is quite interchangeable, i like to use Aphotic as the helmet for bossing to get some more damage output, and i like to switch to Aquamarine for a bit more mana regen and raw health regen.

The rings are very interchangeable for me aswell, i can switch them to 2 Black Catalyst rings for lower spell costs if i wanted, but i find i can spam infinitely just fine and spell cycle well with 2 arrowstorm cost, because the -3 raw bomb arrow cost from Orange Lily makes it really easy to cycle my spells infinitely, with Time rift outputting more spells and more damage aswell.

The other nice thing about the rings being very interchangeable is if i wanted, i could also put on Draoi fair for a bit better arrowstorm spell cost and some more raw health regen, and Old keepers ring if i found myself needing an extra source of sustain healing, because Aquamarine has some stealing on it to get emeralds to drop from mobs.

 

It's not my best build, but it's really good and completely changes up warriors normal playstyle. Making charge and war scream your most used spells. Also uses two really great and interesting items which very rarely get used.

Dear christ, that build does 33k bomb damage with curse stacking (47k with the 1.43 damage modifier)

nvm, it has -ms (But I'm pretty sure that's patchable, but regardless that makes my curse stacking point a bit not correct, lol)

Although it might seem unimpressive nowadays, Dawnbreak was hated on worse than it is now but towards the end of 1.19 it started getting getting the recognition it deserved as the meta good in TWF heavy hybrid builds. This playstyle synergises especially well with spellsteal assassin and the TWF meta.

Another reason for my attachment to this build is the experience I had with @Deco113 experimenting with heavy hybrid Dawnbreak. If this fool doesn't comment that TWF hh cata is also one of his favourite builds I will question our friendship o.o

There are many iterations of TFA Anthracite Ballista but this is the most recent one I've used. Even after various nerfs to fast melee TFA, Atlas Inc.'s beloved Anthrax Gun still stands as an absolute unit in archer melee. I've enjoyed this build for several reasons including its high melee dps, tankiness, range and playstyle in general. I believe archer melee truely is an underrated playstyle, so go check it out!

@Kiocifer also made a sexy weapon skin for this bow which even has a hidden Easter Egg you can see by switching your main hand to left ;)

I chose this build over a collection of Fantasia and fast hybrid Sunstar builds because 1) although extremely powerful, most Fantasia builds I've used aren't that special due to the nature of class building with rainbow mythics and 2) Silver Sound gets little to no recognition because Sunstar dominates the fast hybrid shaman scene alongside Panic Zealot.

I do believe Panic Zealot is a far better option for TFA if you are willing to farm the boss alter for a high roll Panic Zealot (which I haven't gotten around to yet) and is definitely worth trying for the opportunity to use Ambivalence effectively. However, personally as a class builder I find satisfaction in using lesser known yet still effective weapons. Fast hybrid in general is my favourite shaman playstyle.

I resonate with this build because the concept inspired me to go on and experiment with similar concepts to do with Time Rift's ability to recast not only spells but powder specials and melee hits. Here's hppeng's video for an insight into this playstyle:


TWF Infernal Impulse
TWF, in my opinion, is the best tri-elemental archetype as of 1.20, but I won't go into that. I've been writing this response for too long. Many versions of these builds can be created by swapping out specific items. Here are a couple:

This took too long to write. Nothing about mage stands out enough from the other classes so without providing a build link I probably would have chosen Peaceful Rest with Time Rift, 0 int Event Horizon (ETF or ETA for example) or more TWF Dawnbreak (Fatal, Lament, Monster) possibly with Time Rift.

This is just such a good all-around warrior build. Enough dps to shred anything and enough tankiness to hold your own anywhere. Gets effectively 37.2k uppers with 112k ehp at half health. Just a straight up powerhouse and fun to use.​

The pinnacle of rage gma. Highest theoretical average dps on a build I've seen (401k). This build is an absolute powerhouse at full hp and just gets stronger the lower you go. With full rage and effective curse-stacking, this build gets effective 78.3k average bombs (yes, bombs. yes, average). Once you get a good curse stack going, this build will delete enemies almost instantly. If you don't bother curse-stacking, this build will still shred them fast.​

A very fun to use build that takes advantage of Grimtrap's -3rd cost and the new major ID to create a bomb-only assassin playstyle. With 19.5k unboosted instant smoke bombs, this build can deal a lot of damage very fast. It requires a -3 grim and <-51% grim with a lot of tight mana rolls, but it's very fun to use.​

Another fun playstyle combining the best parts of heavy melee and spellsteal assassin. Hits like a tank and is (relatively) tanky for a cata build. Also uses dawnbreak, one of the best mythics out there . What's not to love. If you don't have cata, try a variant of this build with black. Heavy hybrid is just a fun playstyle.​
