    Im just a random player who likes playing wynncraft at 14 fps because of bad pc

    about that 14 fps
    1) have you looked into adding more ram to your minecraft instance?
    2) have you tried performance increasing mods such as optifine, phosphor, vanilla-fix, foamfix, betterfps?
    3) have you tuned down your minecraft settings?
    4) have you reduced the particles or turned them off completely with a command "/pq 0" on the server?
