Can't Complete Frost Bite Quest.

In the middle of the Frost Bite quest, I was forced to log off, and when I logged back on I wasn't in the mansion. Since the mansion is off the map, I can't get back to it without the npc, but all the npcs are not in the cave. I am unable to go through the part of the cave that leads to the ice maze because the black area isn't teleporting me. I've tried /class and logging off. What should I do?

 

Create a bug report.

Also try redoing the steps (probably won't work, but try it)

 

the entrance to the mansion is northwest of the tower of ascension (the huge tower in that area), see if it will let you in
