Can't Complete Frost Bite Quest.

    In the middle of the Frost Bite quest, I was forced to log off, and when I logged back on I wasn't in the mansion. Since the mansion is off the map, I can't get back to it without the npc, but all the npcs are not in the cave. I've tried /class and logging off. What should I do?

    Repeat all steps of the quest up until the point you're at currently, including the puzzle and the the ice maze thing.

    I can't get back to the part with the ice maze because it doesn't teleport me anymore. I tried doing the puzzle again and nothing happened, it just gave me the bucket of blazing lava.
